Innisbrook Gift Wrap Fundraiser
Dear Parents,
Aloha and welcome back! Today come “Catch the Wave” as we begin the first fundraiser of the school year and continue our longstanding tradition with Innisbrook Gift Wrap! I realize that we are trying to get back into the groove of the school routine; but the timing of this fundraiser works well for us, since we get a jump-start on the local schools.
Your child has been given a packet today containing everything you need to get them on their way to successful fundraising. We are asking each family with one child to sell a minimum of $150.00 of products, and families with two or more children to sell $100.00 per child. If each family reaches their goal, we will exceed our goals as a school. Naturally, we would like to make this the most successful year ever!
Innisbrook was chosen again this year for several reasons. One of the most important is the quality of paper and gifts. This is exceeded by the value of their great customer service; they not only provide superior products, but provide wonderful prizes for our children, as well.
*Bonus Coupons* will be used again as an added incentive. Once your child has sold at least five items, send in a bonus coupon (one coupon per five items) found in the prize catalog to school with your verification signature. They will be entered in the drawing provided by Innisbrook. All you have to do is sell five items to be eligible to win; but remember, the more you sell, the greater your chances of winning terrific prizes!
There will be two bonus coupon drawings for prizes: Friday, September 9 and 16. Winning coupons will be drawn in the morning.
The top selling class will receive free dress, a pizza lunch AND an ice-cream sundae party! The top selling student from each class will join the top selling class for an ice-cream sundae after lunch. In addition, this year’s top three selling students will win $100.00, $75.00 and $50.00 respectively.
Here are a few reminders:
1. Do not collect tax, as it is already included in the cost.
2. Make checks payable to: St. Anastasia PTO and include your child’s name and grade on the front of all checks.
3. Orders are due Tuesday, September 20, 2005 by 10:00 AM.
4. Products should arrive mid-October, in plenty of time for the holidays.
