The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is dedicated to the spiritual, moral, and financial support of the school. In this capacity, the PTO is a bridge joining parents and the school in a positive, working relationship.

PURPOSE:
•  To unite the parents and faculty in promoting both quality, Catholic education and the highest physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being of the students.
•  To act as a "booster" club to encourage and increase school spirit and to provide support as needed for school activities and special events.
•  To conduct fundraising activities for the benefit of the school and parish.
•  To sponsor programs and socials to benefit the parents, school, parish, and the community at large.


MEMBERSHIP:
The PTO includes all parents and/or guardians of children presently attending St. Anastasia School and the faculty and staff of St. Anastasia School. Your active involvement in this organization will have its own rewards. It also shows your child that you are vitally interested in him/her and his/her school.

PTO BUSINESS MEETINGS:
Meetings are usually held the third Wednesday of each month. For the 2009/2010 school year, we will have alternating meetings between mornings and evenings. The first meeting will be in the morning beginning at 7:45 AM. Evening meetings will begin at 7:00 PM. All parents, faculty, and staff are encouraged to attend.

GENERAL MEETINGS:

These are held twice during the school year. Back to School Night is in September and the General Parents Meeting is in May.  It is mandatory that at least one parent from each family attend these meetings.

Check Request Form

If any parent needs to be reimbursed for expenses by the PTO Treasurer, the Check Request Form must be completed in detail, attach receipts, and have the appropriate vice-president sign the form prior to submitting to the treasurer for payment. Thanks! PTO Check Request Form
